Coaching
A place to work through what's on your mind.
You don't need a perfectly defined problem or a clear plan before starting. Coaching gives you a place to slow down, talk honestly about what's going on, and better understand what you want.
What coaching is
The conversation is centered around you.
We'll look at where you are, what you're experiencing, what you want, and what may be making it difficult to move forward.
My role isn't to give you the answers. I'll listen, ask questions, help you notice patterns, and challenge your thinking when it may help you see something differently.
You ultimately decide what makes sense for your life and what comes next.
The process
Every conversation is different.
But our work will often move through four areas.
Understand
Start with what's happening now and what you want to be different.
Explore
Look at the beliefs, expectations, fears, and assumptions that may be influencing your choices.
Choose
Clarify what matters to you and the tradeoffs that come with your choices.
Move Forward
Turn what you've learned into decisions and actions that make sense for you.
What we can work on
Start with whatever feels important right now.
Career & Work
Direction, fulfillment, decisions, or feeling stuck in your work.
Relationships
Understanding what you need and how you want to show up.
Motivation & Habits
Understanding what's getting in the way of doing what you want to do.
Life Transitions
Navigating change, uncertainty, and whatever comes next.
Coaching and therapy
Different kinds of support.
Coaching can help with goals, decisions, habits, relationships, values, transitions, and the direction you want your life to take.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy or other mental health care.
Sometimes coaching and therapy can also complement one another.
Ready to start a conversation?
You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need a place to start.
